The East End is one of Houston's oldest neighbourhoods, built in the early 1900's in the area between Downtown and the houston ship channel.
The proposed East End Light Rail Line, offers the opportunity for development to be more accessible, more sustainable and more pedestrian friendly.

An extensive study was done to identify the existing and potential development opportunities.

Study of proposed land use plan, roads, gateways, internal and external edges and boundries. open spaces and political boundries.

Conducted an extensive study on the future opportunities of Houston's East End neighburhood.

Collected relevant information and prepared the project book report.
